How do I know if DES products are suitable for my hair type?

Our products are formulated to be suitable for all curl types (wavy, curly & coily). However, individual reactions may vary as we all have different sensitivities. We recommend always conducting a patch test before applying all over. If you are using any topical medications, we recommend consulting your doctor prior to introducing DES to your hair care routine. 

Where do DES's products ship from?

All of our products ship from Vancouver, BC.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the quantity and weight of your order. For all domestic orders overs $100, shipping is free.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.We do not accept returns & we do not offer refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact our customer service at info@deshaircare.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal.

I don't see any available appointments

The schedule is either not yet released or fully booked. Our booking opens one month in advance, typically on the 21st day of the prior month.

Example: December's schedule will be available for booking on November 21st.

How to book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online through our website's booking system.

Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?

We do not accept walk-ins at this time. To ensure you receive the best service and minimal wait time, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment in advance.

Where are you located?

We are located at LA Salon 2209 York Ave, Vancouver, BC V6K 3E6.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee.

Do you offer services for all hair types?

Yes, we specialize in a variety of hair types including straight, wavy, curly, and coily.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the service. You can find a detailed price list on our booking site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, our referral program rewards you for referring new clients to our salon. When you refer a friend who books and completes an appointment, both you and your friend receive 10$ on your next appointment.
